AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2011  amended 2/28/11 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY 
WHEREAS, the Council must establish an Annual Appropriation Budget for the Municipality for the fiscal year of 2011; and
   
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the Municipality may reasonably anticipate revenues taxes, fees and costs for the current expenses and other general obligations of the Municipality in fiscal year 2011.
   
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO:
   
SECTION 1:  The Council of the Municipality of Sebring hereby establishes current expenses and other expenditures for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011 as set forth in the following sections as set aside and appropriated.
   
SECTION 2:  That there be appropriated from the GENERAL FUND No. 100:
   
POLICE DEPARTMENT  
Personal Services  $589,550.00 
Travel    $500.00 
Contractual Services  $41,350.00 
Supplies & Materials  $26,200.00 
Capital Outlay   $35,100.00 

TOTAL POLICE DEPARTMENT  $692,700.00
