TITLE ONLY PURSUANT TO SECTION 4.07 OF THE CHARTER: YES/NO
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2011 BUDGET BY ABOLISHING AND DECERTIFYING CERTAIN UNUSED FUNDS.
WHEREAS the Village Council has established a temporary appropriation budget for the Municipality for the 2011 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS the Village Council has identified certain Funds within the appropriation budget that have zero balances and carry no outstanding encumbrances; and
WHEREAS the Village Council has determined that said funds are no longer necessary to provide for the fiscal needs of the Village of Sebring.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO:
Section 1: That the following funds, having zero balances and carrying no outstanding encumbrances, are hereby abolished and decertified:
Fund #120 COPS GRANT
Fund #130 BROWNFIELD GRANT
Fund #140 FEMA GRANT
Fund #710 PARKS & RECREATION
Fund #711 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Fund #805 DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT
Fund #901 HOSPITALIZATION
Section 2: That it is FOUND and DETERMINED that all formal actions of this Council relating to the passage of this Ordinance or adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council, and of any of its committees which resulted in such formal actions were made in compliance with all legal requirements, including those of section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, all pursuant to Section 3.11 of the Charter of the Village of Sebring.
